Drawing inspiration from my Asian background, my journey into the world of design was ignited by a deep-seated passion for storytelling through clothing. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from California State University, Los Angeles, and further refining my craft with an Associate of Arts degree from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, I embarked on a remarkable career spanning over a decade.

 

Throughout my career, I have showcased an unparalleled ability to anticipate and shape fashion trends. As a trend forecaster, I have played a pivotal role in shaping numerous collections, collaborating closely with designers to make informed decisions that resonate with consumers worldwide. My keen eye for emerging styles and knack for translating cultural influences into wearable art have earned me widespread acclaim within the industry.

 

In addition to my trend forecasting expertise, I have extensive experience in garment development and production. I have cultivated relationships with overseas factories, overseeing the entire production process from concept to completion. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as MS Office Excel, I use my technical skills to create detailed tech packs, prints, and designs, ensuring precision and quality in every aspect of production.

 

Working as a costume designer, I have a flair for capturing the essence of characters and narratives through meticulously crafted costumes. From Japanese animation cosplay to custom clothing and accessories for special occasions, my designs transport audiences to fantastical worlds and evoke a myriad of emotions. With each fitting attended and every adjustment made to patterns, I ensure my creations align seamlessly with my clients' visions, delivering unparalleled craftsmanship and attention to detail.
